sigh. i've been on a diet for the past few weeks.

and it has been quite successful..

until today. T.T

celebrated my cousin's birthday.

we bought pizza hut, kfc, sushi, hor fun and fried rice.

and i was told to eat abit of everything.

and yes, i did.

im so bloated now that i can puke. T.T

i wanna cry.

it's like.. all the effort all gone down to the drain.

i've gained 1+kg by celebrating my cousin's birthday.

im upset. sigh.

it's so hard to lose that few kg,

but it's so freaking easy to gain it.

today, i had breakfast with dardar before choir.
